If you want to control Updates without picking up your phone, you can assign the "Play Next Updated Podcast" control to your iPhone's Action Button.
When activated, this control lets you cycle through unplayed updates:
If an episode is currently playing, Updates will start the next one.
Once you reach the oldest update, playback will loop back to the most recent update.
Tip: If your iPhone doesn’t have an Action Button or you prefer to use it for something else, you can also assign the "Play Next Updated Podcast" control to your lock screen.
